Attend four regularly scheduled board meetings throughout the school year,Spring conference and summer retreat.

Maintain archives of all information related to the organization, including articles of the Mathesis, copies of the minutes, annual treasurers reports, conference programs, policies, publicity articles and photographs, lists of award winners, contest rules and results, scholarship criteria and recipients, Balomenos, Evans, and Prevost Awards criteria and recipients, reports of all activities supported by NHTM.

Mathesis Articles

Identify historical tidbits for publication in one or several Mathesis publications.

Summer

Attend full day or day and a half summer retreat for board members to discuss and plan activities for the coming year.
